UNLOCKING CODE: HOW-TO To receive your unlocking code, please
follow the appropriate instructions below. In either case, please
allow at least 24 hours after submitting your request to receive your
unlocking code. This is NOT an automated process. Generally, it
doesn't take that long, but it must be received, documented, and
processed. Delays in the process are usually caused from ISP or Mail
server outages.
IF YOUR TRIAL HAS NOT EXPIRED:
Select "Register" from the Help Menu, and enter your name, and the
email address you used when you paid for registration. Then click the
button that says 'Send Request' and that send me the appropriate
information to create you an unlocking key. You will receive an email
with your unique unlocking key shortly after your request has been
sent. When you receive your unlocking code, simply select "Unlock
Trial" from the Help Menu. Then click the button that says 'Send
Request' and that send me the appropriate information to create you an
unlocking key. You will receive an email with your unique unlocking
key shortly after your request has been sent.
IF YOUR TRIAL HAS EXPIRED:
From the 'Trial Expired' screen, please enter your name and email
address that you used when you paid for registration. Then click the
button that says 'Send Request' and that send me the appropriate
information to create you an unlocking key. You will receive an email
with your unique unlocking key shortly after your request has been
sent. When you receive the unlocking key, simply start Auction Lizard
again, and enter it into the appropriate box, and click unlock. Your
registration information will appear in the about screen next time you
start Auction Lizard.
